Happy 2023 yall! Been inactive for a while, simply because of some big changes that are going on. After an exhaustingly long wait, I finally quit my old job and got a new one as a character artist PLUS some contract work for Graphic Apparel design!

I got some other big art projects planned, so look forward to that.

The animation project I mentioned in the other post is still in the works, so It'll still be another while. I'm gonna make it my goal to try and have it ready sometime this year. Ideally by mid to late summer. No promises though.

Sup fellas.

I’m no good at organizing my thoughts on posts, so I’m just gonna throw out what I can.

First off, I know I tend to go silent every now and then without much update other than the descriptions I add to some of my art posts. And even then, they’re few and far in between. I realize that that’s not the best way to keep yall up to date with what I’m doing, so I’ll try to summarize it here instead to the best I can

To simply put, I’ve just been busy with life. Trying to find a new job cuz my current one basically makes it slower for me to work on anything art related at all. I briefly mentioned it before, but to summarize, I work as a package loader, and my weak ass body just can’t take it anymore, but at the same time, I can’t just quit. I’m hoping to find something else soon so I can focus more on my art and hopefully animation…

… which is also the other reason for my silence. For those who’ve followed me for a while, you might recognize the sad little girl I tend to draw every now and then, along with links to youtube videos unveiling extra backstory to the world she lives in. As we speak, (or I guess as you’re reading this) I’m working on several animation videos that will uncover more of her little story, along with the backstory of her friends and other additional characters.

I have three “parts” planned to make. The first being focused on her, the second on her friend, and the third on her cousin. The first part is being made and will hopefully be ready soon. No promises on a release date yet. I wanna make sure this thing looks neat, but still gotta work with my limitations of animation software, so bear with me. For now, though, enjoy this little teaser image:

Finally, in general, I’ve been down in the slumps lately. I hate to be all depresso expresso, so to keep it short, I just tend to not have my days and rather just lie in my bed and feel like shit. Or play some games with my amigos (and then feel like shit). So forgive me in advance.

Think that’s all I have to say. I’ll try and post more news like this if I can, especially with the new project coming up. I got a couple of art pieces to post soon, so that’ll be fun.
