Been going through a similar struggle recently, probably for a lot longer than I’d imagine. And all that time I’ve been holding a lot of things in. Similarly, I can’t afford help, nor do I have the time for it, nor have anyone I could turn to, or at least anyone who would understand. But I know holding back these feelings isn’t great for my mental health either.

Vent art is something I’ve been doing as well, specifically through storytelling. It may sound cliche or weird to some, but it gave me something to strive for. It helped me reshape those negative thoughts into new ideas. To tell a story that others may understand and relate to. To help others feel that they’re not alone. And it helped reassure me that I’m not alone. And neither are you.
Get the help that you need. Talk to your close friends and family members if you can. Take a break whenever possible. Care for yourself first. We’re all here for you. <3
